The Sweet Space

When life gives you a dose of unpleasantness, you need tools to rearrange the chaos.  It is so important to recognize what is going on, and quickly take steps to clear your head of all the madness that can settle and upset your every fiber.  Some of the tools, I have been able to use are quiet meditation, exercise, laughter, yoga, reading, writing in the journal, hiking.  Whatever is used, let it be positive and let that positiveness be your story, not the negativeness that is going on around you.  Today is a sunny day, I am going to go for a nice walk around the lake and do some purposeful reflection on gratitude. Finding the sweet spot that sometimes does get lost has to be the goal and with focus, it can be obtained.
