Memories

My advise is to create memories that are vivid, colorful and happy. Challenge yourself to make decisions that create long lasting happy memories.  Reflecting on memories of my childhood has been healing in accepting my Father's life and his death.  Happy memories, allow us to smile on the inside, which shows on our face and is so good for our health.

 Make sweet and lasting memories each and every day, by intention.

Intentionally, smile at a stranger.  Say 'good morning' to everyone you meet. Meditate on something, that's important to you. Make an intention to pat yourself on the back, because you've been kind to everyone,  and it's such a great feeling. Be kind to yourself.
